  • the IT Planning, Architectures & Quality and IT & Digital Solutions Functions previously placed in the Chief Revenue, Information & Media Office;
  • the IT Processes & Procedures Design Function previously placed in the Cross IT & Commercial Development area of ​​the Chief Revenue, Information & Media Office – which is renamed Cross Commercial Development – is allocated to report to the head of the E2E Management Function of the Chief Network & Operations Office;
  • the Wholesale Market Function, previously placed in the Chief Regulatory Affairs & Wholesale Market Office which is consequently renamed Chief Regulatory Affairs Office;
  • the Customer Services Function, previously placed in the Chief Revenue, Information & Media Office;

The Function ensures the definition of the offer portfolio and related prices, the marketing plan for the development of the customer base as well as the design and implementation of the customer experience, also in terms of commercial strategy and definition of service levels for all operations in compliance with current legislation. The Function also ensures the definition and implementation of the sales strategy – coordinating the sales network and pre-sales and post-sales activities – commercial planning and internal and external incentive policies. Lastly, the Department ensures the development of entertainment products.
    The following functions come together in this context: Cross Commercial Development, Commercial Governance, Marketing Consumer, Marketing Small & Medium, Sales Consumer Small & Medium of the territory, TIMVISION & and Entertainment Products, Sales Channel Management net of the Channel Development Enterprise Function, previously placed in Chief Revenue, Information & Media Office area;
  • Chief Enterprise Market Office entrusted to Massimo Mancini, with the responsibility of ensuring the operating margin of Large, Strategic, Top and Public Administration customers. The Function ensures the definition of the offer, prices, marketing plans, go to market, also in terms of commercial strategy and definition of service levels for all operations in compliance with current legislation. The Function also guarantees the design of ICT and Network solutions, marketing through the direct sales network, post sales activities and the development of funded projects and agreements with the Public Administration. Lastly, the Function ensures commercial planning, the definition of sales strategies and processes as well as commercial and incentive policies.
    This includes the Functions reporting to the Enterprise Market which is simultaneously superseded, the Channel Development Enterprise Function of Sales Channel Management, as well as activities and resources relating to the Enterprise perimeter, the Cross Commercial Development, Commercial Governance Functions previously placed in the Chief Revenue area, Information & Media Office;
  • Brand Strategy & Commercial Communication entrusted ad interim to Sandra Aitala, with the responsibility of ensuring – at Group level – the brand development policies, the development of the corporate identity, the internal and external communication strategy and the supervision of digital communication activities for the aspects of competence. The Function also ensures the design, creative development and implementation of advertising campaigns, as well as the management of events and commercial sponsorship activities for which it is responsible. It also guarantees the E2E realization of complex advertising productions and original television productions – in accordance with the TIMVISION and Entertainment Products Function. Finally, it ensures the development of advertising strategy and planning on the media.
    The Brand Development Function of Strategy, Brand Development & Transformation in the Chief Strategy, Business Development & Transformation Office, the Commercial Communication & Media Function as well as activities and resources relating to the Commercial Communication & Media perimeter, the Cross Commercial Development Functions and Commercial Governance in Chief Revenue, Information & Media Office. The Strategy, Brand Development & Transformation Function is simultaneously renamed Strategy and the related organizational structures are consequently superseded.

Consequently, the Chief Revenue, Information & Media Office Function is superseded.

  • The Staff Function of the General Manager is established reporting to the General Manager, entrusted to Stefano Roscini – who maintains the previous attributions of responsibility – with the task of ensuring support for the inter-functional coordination of the Group, with a focus on the management of particularly strategic relevance.
  • the Chief Strategy, Business Development & Transformation Office Function, which is simultaneously renamed Chief Strategy & Business Development Office and whose organizational mandate is consequently adjusted, is entrusted ad interim to Claudio Ongaro who maintains the previous assignments of responsibility.
  • the Procurement Function is entrusted ad interim to Simone De Rose.
