The Padua-based company was awarded the tender called by Consip for the award of cloud application services and services in a temporary grouping of companies (RTI) with Cap Gemini Italia, Sirfin PA, Expleo Italia, Dedalus Italia, Teleconsys and Vodafone Italia demand and PMO (Project Management Office) for central public administrations.
“The order, worth over 20 million euros, taking up the challenge of the digital transition of PAs, allows us to accelerate the achievement of the industrial development objectives of the Siav Group” commented the CEO Nicola Voltan.
The order follows the signing of a contract for Siav, together with Accenture, Ibm Italia, the Reply Public Sector Consortium, Go Project, and Leonardo, as part of the tender called by Consip for the assignment of services on Inail information systems. In particular, the total amount amounts to 26.3 million euros in 36 months, of which approximately 1 million euros dedicated to supply services by Siav.

THE VALUE OF THE ORDER
Siav has been awarded a contract for the next 4 years by Consip for the cloud of the Pa.
Specifically, the total amount is approximately € 144 million, of which approximately € 20.2 million due to the Siav Group, in 48 months starting from 2023.

The services provided by Siav will concern the development and evolutionary maintenance of software, the application migration to the cloud, the development and evolution of software through PPP, corrective and adaptive maintenance, technical-specialist ICT support and configuration support. and / or customization of third party software, open source or reuse.

THE NUMBERS
As stated in the report of the 2021 financial statements, the company recorded revenues of 30.3 million euros, an increase of 18.6% compared to the 25.6 million recorded in the 2020 financial year. The value of production in 2021 is it stood at 38.5 million euros, an increase of over 26% compared to the previous year. With reference to production costs of 34.5 million euros in 2021 (27.7 million in 2020), the most significant costs for Siav Spa are costs for services and personnel costs.
In particular, the costs for services increased in 2021 compared to 2020 by approx. 18% (from Euro 11.2 million in 2020 to Euro 13.2 million in 2021), following the increase in costs for the datacenter necessary to support the growth of the sales business from a SaaS perspective, while the costs for personnel increased by approx. 34% (from € 13.7 million in 2020 to € 18.3 million in 2021), following the entry of new units to upgrade the delivery and software development area.
In 2021, Ebitda stood at 4 million euros, up both in terms of incidence on the value of production and in absolute value compared to the previous year in which it was equal to 2.7 million euros.

Lastly, on 4 August Siav Spa was listed on the Euronext Growth Milan (EGM) market, the Piazza Affari segment dedicated to SMEs with high growth potential. The company concluded the placement of its own ordinary shares with total deposits of 5 million euros. The free float at the time of admission was 16.66% and the market capitalization at the time of listing was € 27 million.
