The economic policies implemented for years use inadequate and outdated tools, which have already shown all their limits because they have never favored economic growth, employment and social progress, provided for by our Constitution and the European Treaties, and have already proved to be no longer able to guide the consequent economic choices.

The 5 Star Movement has tried, with the Superbonus and the MCC Public Bank, to create new tools available to the State, capable of favoring expansive economic policies without increasing the public debt towards foreign countries, and have certainly produced the desired results.

But it is necessary to definitively change the paradigm, developing, improving and expanding these new tools, to begin planning and realizing our future, favoring an economy of the human person at the service of citizens and businesses, which places well-being at the center of its objectives. fair and sustainable for all.

The evaluation of individual interventions in every sector of society, however, must take into due consideration the ex ante – ex post evaluations on the BES, i.e. the level of equitable and sustainable well-being, which must always be the guiding parameter in the choice of priorities and extent of the economic policies to be implemented.

Italy is one of the richest nations in the world for human, artistic, cultural and landscape heritage, but we have never been able to fully exploit it. The time has come to bring together the best minds in the country, to use innovation and technology to finally create an " Internal Self-financing Plan for an economy of the human person, which creates a Fair and Sustainable Wellbeing for all ".

In this way we can contribute to solving the problems we have and at the same time look to the future of our extraordinary country with renewed optimism, in harmony with our Constitution and in full compliance with the European Treaties.
