Letter to the Conte Government

The Moneta Positiva association has decided to write a letter to the Government, which was sent on 23 November 2020 to the Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte and to the Ministers concerned, with attached a document and its abstract entitled "Covid19 – An economic opportunity and health ".

The document illustrates an ECONOMIC RENAISSANCE PLAN worth 1,000 billion euros, which aims to place FAIR AND SUSTAINABLE WELL-BEING for ALL at the center of the objectives of political action, objectively analyzing the health and economic situation and identifying concrete and feasible solutions to exit from the crisis, in full compliance with the European Treaties.

The documents are divided into two parts, of which on the side you will find the summary that we have included in the first pages:

– in part "A" we analyze the crisis both from a health point of view, linked to the Covid-19 emergency, and from an economic point of view, aggravated by the restrictive measures always adopted for Covid-19.

– in part “B”, on the other hand, we propose solutions to overcome the crisis, using a global approach to the problem that integrates both health and economic and social aspects, but always having as objective Fair and Sustainable Wellbeing for All.

We publish the full letter accompanying the documents below, because we firmly believe in the need to increase our collective awareness.

The economic crisis that has gripped our country for years has been aggravated by the economic consequences of the restrictive measures imposed by the Sars-CoV-2 emergency.

We have analyzed the official data of what has happened and updated the data on the current economic crisis, coming to the conclusion that, if we want to get out of this dangerous situation brilliantly, we need a radical paradigm shift.

We had already highlighted at the Senate conference on January 29, 2019, how national security was at risk.

Today the sovereignty and health of our people are also at risk.

An economic and health plan worth 1000 billion euros is needed , which will allow Italy to emerge from the economic and health crisis, finally achieving fair and sustainable well-being for all and in full compliance with the European Treaties.

We have prepared a document that analyzes health and economic problems, but above all identifies concrete and immediately achievable solutions to solve both problems, definitively improving the lives of Italians.

We will deposit the project as a further study of the one already presented in April at the “ Benessere Italia ” control room and which produced the bill n.1945 presented to the Senate.

We have already moved on to the operational phase, preparing a technical feasibility plan that identifies the times and methods for implementing the integrated electronic platform, which we have decided to call “ Conto Italia Platform ”.

Crises can become a great opportunity.
