What you need to know about the hypothesis of an agreement valid for the three-year period 2023-2025. Overall increase of 168 euros per month when fully operational. The article by Antonello Di Mario

“Positive outcome for the negotiation relating to the renewal of the national 'Glass, Lamps and Display' contract. The season of contract renewals continues. In this specific case, we have given an adequate wage response to the 28,000 employees, resulting in an increase of about 8 percent useful for combating the inflationary index that undermines the purchasing power of wages themselves”. So Daniela Piras, general secretary of Uiltec, commented on the agreement of the renewal signed between the trade unions and the entrepreneurial parts of the sector in question.

In fact, in the early afternoon of today, the negotiating delegation of Filctem Cgil, Femca Cisl, Uiltec Uil together with the representatives of the Confindustria Assovetro association signed the agreement hypothesis for the renewal of the national labor contract for the glass, lamps and displays which affects over 28,000 workers employed in around 340 companies. The contract expired on December 31st and will be valid until December 31st 2025.

The signed agreement provides for an average salary increase on the minimum of 153 euros (cat. D1), distributed in 3 tranches.
