IMPROVING OPERATING MARGIN

The gross operating margin, on the other hand, amounted to 8.1 million Euros, an improvement of 11.2% compared to 2019, thanks to "the dynamic improvement in the industrial product margins in relation to revenues, which partially offset the effects deriving from the reduction in sales volumes, as well as the downward trend in direct commercial costs (premiums, promotions, commissions, etc.) due to lower sales volumes and lower overhead costs, in particular referring to the cost of personal. The effects of these items were partially offset by higher advertising costs ".
