WHAT DOES THE GOVERNMENT DECREE PROVIDE?

Those who have contracted Covid but do not respect the quarantine can incur a criminal sanction with arrest from 3 to 18 months, as well as a fine from 500 to 5,000 euros.
POLES TO THE REGIONS
The regions, according to the new Covid decree law, can only adopt more restrictive anti-contagion measures than those established by the government's dpcm. They can adopt "expansive" ones, therefore more permissive, only in cases where the dpcm expressly foresee it and after obtaining the assent of the technical-scientific committee. In any case, the Regions must "simultaneously inform the Ministry of Health".
