The 150 million program of Cdp, Mcc and Banca Finint in favor of SMEs and Mid-Caps with EIB guarantee is underway. All the details and names of the top nine companies involved

This is the goal of the new Basket Bond Italia program worth 150 million presented today at Palazzo Mezzanotte by the European Investment Bank (EIB), Cassa Depositi e Prestiti ( Cdp ), Mediocredito Centrale (MCC), Banca Finint, Assindustria Venetocentro and Elite.
The first issue of 47.5 million favors the development plans of four companies in the North (Antonio Carraro, Novation Tech, Telebit and Industrial Cars) and five in the Center-South (Futur Box, Graded, Innovaway, Netcom Engineering, Patrone and Mongiello ).
The program will end at the end of 2022.

THE BENEFICIARY COMPANIES OF THE FIRST ISSUE
In particular, this first issue of 47.5 million concerns nine companies operating throughout the national territory: Antonio Carraro (leader in the agricultural machinery sector); Novation Tech (company specialized in the production and processing of carbon fiber components and composite materials); Telebit (system integrator for telecommunication networks); Industrial Cars (a Ceccato Group company active in the trade of industrial and commercial vehicles); Futur Box (company active in the food packaging sector); Graded (company specialized in integrated energy solutions), Innovaway (system integrator in the IT sector; Netcom Engineering (company specialized in IT engineering services) and Patrone and Mongiello (company specialized in cold deformation of steel sheets for automotive).
Each of these companies has issued minibonds, all with a duration of six years including pre-amortization, gathering useful resources to support their respective investment and development plans in Italy and abroad.
SUBSCRIPTION VIA SVP
The underwriting of these minibonds took place through a special purpose vehicle – Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV). The latter in turn issued securities underwritten by Cdp and Mcc, in equal shares.
EIB EGF COMPETITION
In addition, the new program benefits from the resource guarantee of the Pan-European Guarantee Fund (EGF) managed by the European Investment Bank Group (EIB Group), an integral part of the package of response measures to Covid approved by the EU in 2020 and dedicated to the economic difficulties and production slowdowns caused by the pandemic.
THE ROLE OF BANCA FININT
The initiative is promoted by Banca Finint, in the role of arranger in cooperation with Assindustria Venetocentro, and Elite.
CDP and MCC invest in minibonds issued by companies that intend to finance their growth using an alternative channel to the traditional credit channel. The instrument is characterized by a longer duration than the maturities generally offered by traditional channels and by reduced interest rates thanks also to the support of the EGF guarantee.

A Paduan company founded in 1910 and active in the production of highly specialized compact tractors for the fruit, fruit and vegetable sector, wine, civil maintenance and alpine haymaking, has issued a nine million minibond for investments in Research and Development in the field of product innovations , purchase of new equipment and energy efficiency.
NOVATION TECH
Treviso-based company producing carbon fiber components and composite materials for the automotive, aerospace, sports-system and eyewear industries, has issued a seven million minibond for investments aimed at increasing production capacity, which will also allow for an increase in personnel .
TELEBIT
A Treviso-based company specializing in systems for telecommunications networks, has issued a 10 million minibond to develop the digitization of business processes, purchase new equipment and vehicles within its ESG objectives and install photovoltaic systems at its corporate offices.
INDUSTRIAL CARS (CECCATO GROUP)
Active in the provinces of Vicenza, Treviso and Padua, it has issued a four million euro minibond, mainly to finance energy efficiency initiatives and the expansion of existing activities.
FUTUR BOX
Campania leader company in the food packaging sector of take-away pizza cartons, has issued a two million minibond for the improvement and strengthening of the production cycle, through the purchase of a corrugating machine.
GRADED
Founded in Naples in 1958 and active in the field of design and implementation of integrated energy solutions in the public segment, it has issued a 3.5 million minibond for the development of new plants of the subsidiary BF Energy, a company operating in the renewable energy production sector in the agri-food sector.
