NEW RIGHTS IN THE FINCANTIERI NATIONAL CONTRACT

The chapter on diversity and inclusion has defined some important and qualifying elements in terms of new rights. Specifically: 10 hours of paid leave for the insertion of children in the first year of nursery school; 10 hours of paid leave for the insertion of children in the first year of nursery; 16 hours of paid leave for the assistance of disabled children up to the age of 12; 8 hours of paid leave for assistance to parents over 75 in the event that Law104 permits are not provided.

The trade unions have also obtained a result deemed important in terms of protection in cases of serious illnesses: the behavior for the purpose of maintaining the job, in fact, has been expanded by 50% compared to what is defined by the CCNL.

WITH REGARD TO INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS

With regard to industrial relations, "greater cogency was given to the convening of the annual meeting of the Advisory Committee, already provided for in the previous company supplement but not always practiced".

In addition, the Participation Committee is activated, consisting of 3 company members, 3 members of national Fim, Fiom, Uilm, 3 representatives of the workers identified by Fim, Fiom, Uilm. This committee will meet after the meetings of the Board of Directors to discuss and assess the presentation of the economic and sustainability reports; on initiatives and / or choices of general interest and any impact on the group. This represents a further step towards achieving real and complete participation.

The extension of the number of members of the Executive of the National Trade Union Coordination has also been decided, bringing it to 15 delegates, from the previous 12. Furthermore, on the occasion of the discussion for the renewal of the company contract, the delegation will be further extended to one delegate for each site with the assistance of the territorial structures of Fim, Fiom, Uilm.

Trade union accessibility has also been expanded to give more tools to the delegates at the sites in order to be able to give answers to workers on the issues of welfare / supplementary pension / supplementary health. Trade union accessibility will be fed with 120 additional hours per OS / per site.
