Italy is a crucial point of German industrial production chains and – to a lesser extent – of French ones, such as Spain (albeit to a more modest extent). The defense of prevailing interests is absent in Italy: only relations of power and dependence are felt, which naturally also have positive short-term economic consequences, but which gradually prevent the Italian complex of economic and cultural interests from becoming manifest in the long period. This is what emerges from the agreement between China and the EU: a German-led EU with Franco-German traction , then. This is eloquently demonstrated by the Libyan events, where in fact Italy is on the verge of political-diplomatic expulsion , before economic, as is also happening from Egypt: a process desired with determination both by the French chancelleries, both from the English ones.

The fact that at the same time the United Kingdom signed an interesting trade agreement with Turkey , while the latter is preparing to recreate a condition of neo-Ottoman domination in the Mediterranean, only illuminates the sense of the composition of European power that is taking shape. , all the more now that Brexit has come to an end with the United Kingdom which – even with this agreement – is diplomatically allying itself with Germany (which is not by chance profoundly pro-Ottoman) in an anti-French function, after the deaf hostility and landlocked that France made manifest during the last stages of the pre-Brexit negotiation.

The Italian Brexit, not by the EU, but by its dominant core, is not wanted by the Italians, but by the dominant European powers. The only diplomatic side that could stem Italy's fall in rank – and which occurred so quickly thanks to the Conte-1 and Conte-2 governments – was (and perhaps still is, who knows?) That of the USA. It certainly set in motion, but with the inevitable slowness of the course of events and the rules of succession which fortunately still exist. But in this case it only accentuates the fact that the US initiative will by no means bring down a government like the present one, perhaps the worst we have had in Italy after those of the Olive tree. The US pressure – which is certainly exercised – can only favor members of this government to increase their partition power.

Renzi and Veltroni, for example, are the links in the chain that connects the visible and invisible Italian power with the visible and invisible North American power that is preparing to govern the world. Just as the US will be able to exercise it, that government: that is, with an increasingly disintegrating and disintegrating vassal system: both for the shattering of Europe, and for the logic of short-term power provoked by the current German leadership, pro-Chinese, and for the same Italian disintegration that is based (after the disappearance of the large enterprises and public enterprises of state holdings ) on the disappearance of the parties and on the advent first of the caciqui political entrepreneurs and, now, of the venture companies in power in Italy.
