A role that in the new metalworkers contract has found centrality and importance, as well as wages and safety, thanks to the strengthening of the subjective right to continuous training.
This right will find space for representation within the idea of a “Statute of labor transitions”, in which training must be one of the supporting pillars.
Moments such as those of 13 October underline are important not only to underline the organizational action on the training front that the Fim has been conducting for over a decade, but also to highlight the contractual innovations achieved especially in the last two contractual renewals with the subjective right to training. and with the emphasis given to digital skills and green skills, combined with certification and skills assessment and both basic and advanced digitalization, implemented by metalworkers in recent years to better protect and represent the work that changes.
