Seven Invicta backpacks buy Mitama (Incall) stationery

The historic group of backpacks for the Seven-Invicta school finalizes the purchase of the majority package of Incall, a retailer for the large distribution of stationery products known above all for the Mitama brand

With the operation, the group controlled by Green Arrow Capital (headed by Luisa Todini and Eugenio de Blasio) aims to continue its growth plan by consolidating on the domestic and foreign market and strengthening it in new sales channels.

In particular, the Incall operation – reads a note – will allow the group to compete "on a market 5 times larger than the one currently presided over and broaden the range of consumers, thanks to the diversification of the product portfolio and the strengthening of capacity 'distribution both in the mass market and in the retail channels ”.

THE TARGET

Therefore, the group expects to close 2022 with a turnover of close to 100 million euros and a pro-forma ebitda of over 13 million, in line with the growth objectives set with the entry into the capital of Green Arrow. Capital which took place in 2018.

GROWTH OF THE SEVEN GROUP

Founded by the Di Stasio family in 1973 and based in Leini (Turin), the Seven group with the Seven, Invicta and SJ Gang brands is a leader in the vack to school sector with a market share of 60%.
