Like Colombani , he too enjoys the total confidence of the confederal leader, Pierpaolo Bombardieri, who through his confirmation wants to carry on that renewal within the Uilca organization that has been forgotten for too long by the previous management. A true new entry at the top of the banking union world, Furlan surprised by his abilities, a scholar of all topics, above all much more concrete and reserved than his predecessor, he wisely avoids the spotlight, working for the good of his organization. Even his reconfirmation should be taken for granted, is the unanimous conviction of the sector.
Emilio Contrasto of Unisin also reappears to the role of general secretary, who is recognized as being serious and reliable by the experts. The congress is on the agenda by the summer. The organization would run serious risks of internal division and cracks, if someone else, within Unisin, wanted to aspire to conquer its leadership.
