These are subjects who for years have been blinded by anachronistic ideologies of cat-communist inspiration who would like to transfer social security resources from those who have accrued and deserved pensions (both for the high functions performed and for the contributions paid) to those who now enjoy pensions without, or with an insufficient contribution base, once again confusing assistance and social security, whose budgets would not suffer without the improper weight of the welfare burdens that must be borne by general taxation pursuant to art. 53 of the Constitution. To YOU, Mr. President, and to Hon.
