A reduction that will make this part of the norm almost irrelevant. They are folders with an optimistically expected collection of 3.4%, as stated by the undersecretary of the MEF Guerra. The very low income limit will mean that, in the end, the aid will be even more contained.
Perhaps more useful is the facilitated composition of the so-called "Friendly Notices" of the Revenue Agency for the years 2017 and 2018 for those who suffered a decrease in turnover of more than 30% in 2020 compared to 2019. We hope that these operators still have a turnover and sufficient cash flows to use the facility.
The hope is that in the classroom we can amend this very limiting rule, bringing it back to the original revision in order to make it cover the folders up to 10 thousand euros and up to 2015, in order to give it real meaning. Surely the discussion will be heated, but we hope that the politically more "complex" articulation of the parliamentary halls will help the correction of the rule.
